I copy the ‘golden rule’ professional cleaners swear by to save themselves time and energy, and it’s SO easy

DO you struggle to find the time, and energy, to clean your home?
Well, one woman has revealed the "golden rule" that professional cleaners swear by to make their jobs a whole lot easier.
Sarah took to Instagram to share the clever motto, which she learned when she worked as a cleaner herself.
"So here it is - the secret that professional cleaners use," she wrote over the top of her .
"The golden rule of cleaning".
Sarah added in the caption: "Our time is precious right?
"So I learned when I had the cleaning business to make my time count.
"This is the same for all homes ..no one wants to waste time and energy cleaning so let’s get efficient."
As a cleaner, Sarah was often asked "why professional cleaners are more effective when it comes to the job done".
And revealing the trick, she explained that they "only ever circle a room once".
"It’s the Golden rule to being efficient and not wasting precious time," Sarah added.
" So when your cleaning your home .. try this to save yourself time and energy."
The rule can be applied to any room.
For example, in the bathroom, Sarah said to "start at the sink, do the sink and mirror first, work your away around the room and out of the door".
"Don’t waste energy going back and forth!" she said.
And make sure you get the most annoying area clean first.
In the case of the kitchen, Sarah hates the oven top the most, so gets cleaning that "over and done with".
"I then move around to the next area , trying not to go back over an area I’ve done," she said.
You should make an effort to clear sides and dust rooms first, from top to bottom.
And in terms of where in the house to start - wok from the top.
"You’re less likely to quit if you can see the mess still," she pointed out.
"Always do what you can, but when you do do it, don’t waste your energy going back and forth make it easier for you, only circle the room once," she concluded.
" Turn the music up, listen to a podcast, think of those steps your getting in - see the cleaning as caring for your home which in turn is caring for you.
"Everyone feels better in a clean environment!"
"Awesome tips," one person commented on the Reel.
"Such great tips," another added.
"I’m always back and forth or I get distracted and end up starting another room before I have finished the first one."
"I love to clockwise clean and tidy," a third wrote.
"Saves me being all over the place."
"I always start at the top and work my way down so that when the downstairs is done I can sit with a brew and admire my work before my family undo it all," someone else laughed.
