I gave my dull fence a girly makeover with Tesco & The Range bargains – forget shower curtains & copy my panel trick

A WOMAN has revealed how she gave her garden a total makeover without breaking the bank.
So if you’re on a budget but want to glam up your outdoor haven, then you’ve come to the right place.
And with the weather heating up, if you plan on having guests over to chill in your garden this summer, then we’ve got just the thing for you.
One savvy shopper, who is from the UK, shared that thanks to bargain buys from Tesco, B&M and The Range, she was able to give her old, dull fence and garden a girly makeover, all whilst on a budget.
Thrilled with her garden’s impressive overhaul, Ebony Churchill took to social media to show a before and after look at the space, leaving many open-mouthed.
Posting on , a private Facebook group with 2.5 million members, Ebony proudly showed off her latest purchase, which she nabbed from a Tesco store in Kidderminster.
Ebony was thrilled to find a pink bistro set, containing a garden table and two matching chairs, that had been reduced.
Whilst the set was originally priced at £65, it had been slashed to just £29.
Despite this, Ebony confirmed: “Reduced to £29, however when I went to pay [it] scanned in at £25!”
Not only has Ebony used her bright pink set to add colour and style to her space, but she also used metal panels from The Range to inject some personality to the once plain fence.
Whilst we've previously seen many people use shower curtains to transform their gardens, thanks to these ready to hang Indoor/Outdoor Metal Wall Screens, that are priced at £24.99, they are perfect for glamming up a garden.
Ebony later confirmed: “The wooden fence panels have been there since I moved into the house, they didn't look very nice until I painted them yesterday.
“The metal screens are from The Range.”
She also confirmed that to add further style to the space, she painted the fence panels grey and nabbed a bright pink balloon dog from Homesense.
As well as this, she also got a lantern, some string solar lights and fake flowers, all from B&M.

At the same time, another bargain hunter beamed: “Lovely set and such a great price!”
Meanwhile, someone else simply described Ebony’s garden as: “Cute!”
Not only this, but shoppers were keen to get their hands on the bistro garden set and many alerted their friends and loved ones to the discounted buy.
One woman asked a Facebook user: “Get me one if you see one.”
Whilst a second tagged a Tesco shopper and penned: “If you see any at ours I want one for that price.”
ANOTHER trend that has taken social media by storm is the shower curtain trend.
The trend sees people buying large shower curtains with fun prints on them, usually of exotic locations, and hanging them on their garden fence or wall.
The idea is to transform dull gardens into something slightly more exciting - and that's exactly what many homeowners have done.
People attached the water-proof fabric to the fence, creating an optical illusion of a sunny island paradise right in their back yard.
