You will need a previous McDonald's receipt from a visit that's no longer than 60 days old.

A 12-digit code will be printed on it and then you just have to enter the McDonald's "Food for Thought" website and fill out a quick survey about your recent trip. You'll then receive a five digit code which is your voucher for the £2.99 offer.
