Luke Littler reveals pep talk from Man Utd legend Sir Alex Ferguson as darts star, 16, prepares for Bahrain comeback

LUKE LITTLER will get “back to business” in Bahrain following a Fergie Pep Talk.
The hottest sensation in darts has been on a whirlwind ride since racing to the £500,000 Ally Pally World final where he lost to Luke Humphries.
Days before his 17th birthday, Littler will take on Man Lok Leung from Hong Kong in the first round of the Bahrain Darts Masters.
It was only last weekend that he met Sir Alex Ferguson – the legendary football manager – behind-the-scenes on a trip to watch his beloved Manchester United.
Littler, 16, said: “It’s been crazy. Warrington Wolves invited me down and I went to the Manchester United game and met Sir Alex Ferguson.
“To meet him was amazing and he said some lovely things to me about staying dedicated and believing in myself.

“I like playing all the time but after the World Championship I wanted to get away, which me and the family did.
“Hopefully I can have a good event here to get back playing.
“I don’t really have any goals, I’m just going to have to see what the darts do.”
In his first match as reigning world champion and new world No.1, Humphries takes on home star Abdulla Saeed with the winner advancing to the quarter-finals at the International circuit inn Sakhir.
