ANTHONY JOSHUA is ready to face Tyson Fury in the biggest fight in British boxing history.

Heavyweight king AJ is still looking for an opponent for his April 13 show at Wembley after failing to sign a deal with WBC champ Deontay Wilder.

It is understood Hearn has offered Fury 40 per cent of a potential £50million purse — meaning he would get £20m, while Joshua would trouser £30m.

Hearn told the Gypsy King: “Fury, you can have the fight on the 13th, you know the terms.

“It is not far off an equal split, same as we offered Wilder and fans must not think Joshua doesn’t want the fights.

“I am not saying if I have made an offer — make of that what you will — but Fury knows the money he’d make.”

Tyson Fury wants homecoming rematch with Wilder in April but happy to head to US

A fight between Watford’s Joshua, the WBA, IBF and WBO champ, and Mancunian Fury could generate £100m.

The pair would split £50m of that, 60-40 in AJ’s favour.

Fury has always said he will not fight Joshua for anything less than a 50-50 split.

And he wants a rematch with Wilder after draw last year.

Fury told BT Sport: “Hopefully I get a fight with Wilder in America or England.

“I’d like a homecoming fight in April, maybe in Manchester or somewhere in the UK and then I’d like to fight Wilder again.”

If Joshua cannot agree terms with Fury, Wilder or third-choice Dillian Whyte, the Wembley date could be scrapped.

And the champ would then face an underwhelming June fight against American unknown Jarrell Miller.

Hearn added: “We are making improved offers to a number of parties.

“It’s so frustrating when people think Joshua does not want to fight Wilder, Fury or Whyte.

“Of course he does but they say: ‘I will fight Joshua’ and want obscene money. They are not even entertaining the conversation.

“Joshua wants Wilder head and shoulders above everyone.

“I believe Dillian deserves a shot and I represent him, too.

“I am going to make Dillian an improved offer. I didn’t think the first one was ridiculous but we will make a second.”
