GAME of Thrones star Hafthor Bjornsson, better known as 'The Mountain', has been crowned Europe's Strongest Man for a fifth time.
Not only is the 30-year-old talented on the big screen, he also proved his remarkable strength at the competition in Leeds this weekend.
Fighting off a battle from Poland's Mateusz Kieleszkowski, Bjornsson lifted a staggering 10 reps at 770lbs of the axle deadlift.
To put that into perspective it's like lifting around 54 car tyres.
Bjornsson uploaded footage of his lift to Instagram which simply involves lifting the ludicrously heavy weight, standing up straight and dropping it back to the ground.
Alongside the video he wrote the caption: "Europe’s Strongest Man for the 5th time! So blessed to have such great people behind me! Team Iceland baby 💪🇮🇸.
"Huge thank you to all my family, my beautiful wife and all my friends for all the help and support!!"
In total, 12 finalists competed over five events including the pillars of Hercules, a tyre flip, dragging an anchor and an Atlas stone lift.
His reward for winning is qualification for the World's Strongest Man competition later this year - a title he already boasts.
In 2018 he won it for the first time while breaking the world deadlift record at a staggering 1,041lbs in the process.
He had previously finished runner-up in the previous two years.
Bjornsson has been competing at World’s Strongest Man since 2011, consistently finishing in the top three since 2012.
