James Nesbitt as Tom Brannick
Nesbitt landed the part of Adam Williams in ITV comedy-drama Cold Feet in 1996, his breakthrough role.
He has since starred in various TV shows, including Murphy's Law, The Canterbury Tales and Jekyll.
He also has had roles in Danny Boyle's movie Millions and Woody Allen's Match Point.
Victoria Smurfit as Olivia Foyle
Victoria Smurfit has already starred alongside co-star James Nesbitt in Coldfeet.
She has also acted with Lorcan Cranitch in Ballykissangel.
She is joining Bloodlands for season two where she will play the widow of an accountand whose murder threatens to expose his identity as assassin, Goliath.
Lorcan Cranitch as Jackie Twomey
You may recognise Irish actor Cranitch from his role as DI Littlejohn in the Sky Atlantic series, Fortitude.
He also appeared as a villain in the HBO/BBC production of Rome.
Cranitch played Dickie Best, the father of footballer George Best in BBC's drama Best: His Mother's Son, and has appeared in The Bill playing DCI Frank Keane.
Charlene McKenna as Niamh McGovern
McKenna is an actress known for her roles in Irish dramas Raw, Single-Handed 2 and Whistleblower.
She has also had roles in BBC's comedy drama , as well as BBC One's Ripper Street.
She is also known for 2005 movie Breakfast on Pluto - where she starred alongside .
Chris Walley as Billy ‘Birdy’ Bird
Chris Walley is an Irish stage and screen actor.
You may recognise him from BBC Three television series The Young Offenders.
He also played Private Bullen in Sam Mendes' war film 1917.
