STRICTLY star Ed Balls burst into tears on The Wheel after a player made show history with an epic win.
The former politician was one of the celebrities on tonight's episode, hosted by Michael McIntyre.
The episode saw one contestant - Zeki - return to the studio from below on a number of occasions and clear many of the categories with the right answer.
There was a brief moment where the other two contestants - Cassie and Helen - made an appearance, but Cassie only got one question right before being sent down below the stage again, and Helen didn't even get to answer any as she landed on a celebrity she had shut down.
But in the final moments everything flipped around, with Cassie getting the chance to answer the final question for the prize money.
Unfortunately, she got it wrong and in a final spin of the contestant wheel, Helen appeared.
Michael pointed out that if she got the answer right, she would be the first player ever to win the money despite only answered one question.
Helen decided to go for the big money of £82,000 by playing with former footballer Ally McCoist, and the pair got the answer right.
As Helen - an NHS nurse - screamed in shock, the camera panned to Ed - who appeared on Strictly in 2016 - who wiped away a tear.
As Helen became emotional as she revealed she planned to spend the money on a visit to her family in Canada so they could pay tribute to their grandmother who died last year, the camera panned back to Ed once more and he was still overcome with emotion.
Michael said once again: "Helen you are the only person ever to pop up at the end and answer one question for the most amount of money."
Viewers were delighted for her, with one writing: "Omg What a result on #TheWheel."
Another added: "That was awesome and SO deserving!"
A third tweeted: "Watching an oncology nurse win a fortune on #thewheel has just made me very emotional."
