SU2C Comedy Roast: Full cast and where to watch
STAND Up to Cancer's annual televised special is back to raise more money for the charity's research efforts to save more lives.
In 2023, there is a new addition to the line-up, which is The Comedy Roast - which brings together some much-loved comedians who all have a connection to cancer.
Who is on The Comedy Roast for SU2C?
Rhod Gilbert
The Comedy Roast For SU2C is hosted by Rhod Gilbert, who himself has battled cancer.
Speaking to Channel 4, he said the programme aims "to tell cancer in no uncertain terms that it will not have the last laugh".
Rhod shot to fame a stand-up comic, and has since built up and impressive TV career.
In 2022, the comedian revealed he had been diagnosed with cancer of the head and neck.

As Rhod's cancer was caught early on, he was able to be treated with surgery, followed by sessions of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
Speaking in October 2023, about getting his first all clear scan, he told : "The best thing was that the tumour had gone, and it was once again an ordinary blood vessel."
Ellie Taylor
Ellie Taylor is also a stand-up comic and regularly goes on tour with her show.
She is well known for her stint on satirical comedy series The Mash Report, appearing in a reoccurring role between 2017 and 2020.

Ellie has since appeared in Late Night Mash, a successor to that show on Dave.
In 2021, she hit international stardom on the hit show Ted Lasso, when she played Flo "Sassy" Collins - Rebecca's best friend and Ted's on/off love interest.
She also has a podcast with Anna Whitehouse called Ellie & Anna Have Issues.
Ellie appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2022.
Danny Beard
Danny Beard is a drag performer and singer, who shot to fame on Britain's Got Talent in 2016.
Since then they have become a familiar face on TV which includes appearing on Karaoke Club: Drag Edition.
Danny also won the fourth series of RuPaul's Drag Race UK.
Nish Kumar
Nish Kumar is a comedian who began his career in 2006.
He is known for being the host of The Mash Report, and has enjoyed several sell-out runs at The Soho Theatre.
The funnyman has hosted shows such as BBC Radio 4 Extra's topical comedy show Newsjack, and the Comedy Central series Joel & Nish vs The World.
He also appeared on series five of Taskmaster, where he finished in last place.
