Molly and partner Tom Clare, 24, returned to the UK earlier this week following their triumph in South Africa.
They quickly went Instagram official with a photo of Molly with her legs around Tom as they kissed in the street.
The Manchester lass took the title despite her long-term ex, Callum Jones, 27, also returning to the villa.
But fans have made it clear that they wanted the exes to get back together.

Love Island winner Ekin-Su is still convinced that that they will.
She explained: “I still think Molly and Callum will get back together.
"I watched their body language during the final and there was a point when they were both sitting with their legs crossed and their feet pointed at each other.
"I’m really into subliminal messages.”
