Former Strictly star Sara Davies wows as she shows off four stone weight loss in audience

STRICTLY Come Dancing alum Sara Davies showed off her incredible four stone weight loss.
The businesswoman, 40, starred in the beloved BBC programme in 2021.

Seated with Helen Skelton and Alan Carr, fans were wowed by Sara's strapless red jumpsuit and huge silver heels as she sat in the audience.
Earlier on Instagram, Sara revealed her potential outfit choices for the evening.
Although she initially had three options, the star ultimately opted for a red jumpsuit and matching blazer jacket.
Fans showed their approval too, as one wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "Sara in the audience looks amazing - she's lost so much weight."

It comes as Sara recently revealed she has dropped three dress sizes.
Having gone from a size 16 to size 12, Sara said she experienced a “trigger moment” while filming the BBC business show last year.
The TV personality unveiled cutting out sugar as her weight loss trick.

She told Closer magazine: "It was my 40th birthday in April and I wanted to be the fittest I’d been since I was 30.
"I’ve spent half my life sucking myself into Spanx, and now it’s bloody lovely to put on a dress and not have two pairs on underneath!"

During Sara's time on Strictly, she was partnered up with Aljaž Škorjanec.
The pair reached Week 8 of the competition before being eliminated following a dance-off with Tilly Ramsay and Nikita Kuzmin.
Speaking with host Tess Daly after being voted off, Sara said: "I had no idea any of this was in me.
"It's been a life-changing experience and one I've loved every second of."
