Aldo Zilli is a celebrity chef who specialises in Italian cuisine.
He is 63-years-old and based in the United Kingdom.
He has worked as the celeb chef consigliere providing the San Carlo group with his expert advise.
He has written ten books - including two autobiographies - that demonstrate his passion for fresh Italian recipes.
And if that's not enough, the talented chef has founded several restaurants including Signor Zilli, Zilli Green and Zilli Bar.
Is Aldo taking part in Celebrity Hunted?
Aldo has been confirmed for the 2019 line up of Celebrity Hunted.
The show follows a team of celebs as they try to stay off the radar and remain at large for two weeks as a crack team of hunters try to track them down.
He joins Stanley Johnson and Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, who appeared on the 2017 series of I'm a Celebrity.

With his exuberant personality, Aldo is no stranger to the TV screen.
In 2014 and 2015 he was a judge on Celebrity Masterchef, alongside judging Who's Doing The Dishes, The Alan Titchmarch Show and This Morning.
Alongside his judging prowess, Aldo appeared on television in One Man and His Hob, Good Food Live and the third series of Celebrity Fit Club, in which he lost 15.5 kilos (2 stone 6 pounds).
