Holby City spoilers: Kian collapses after leg injury and loss of Bea pushes him over the edge
HOLBY City’s Kian Madani collapses TONIGHT (January 15, 2020) as he battles to stop the privatisation of the hospital.
Grieving Kian - played by actor Ramin Karimloo - is struggling to cope following his girlfriend Bea’s death and a nasty leg injury.
fans were left open mouthed when Kian stripped totally naked in a bizarre mountain-top scene earlier this month.
Kian visited Jac Naylor at the psychiatric unit Bea had been recovering in after her mental breakdown.
Viewers will remember that Kian mentioned that he wanted to visit Vanessa - his wife who died while climbing a mountain.
Realising what he was up to, Jac caught up with Kian and helped him back to safety, but on the way Kian fell down a cliff and injured his leg.
On tonight’s episode of Holby City, Jac and Kian get a nasty surprise when they return to the hospital.
They’re horrified to discover that Darwin Ward is in the grip of privatisation thanks to Max McGerry and her evil plans.
As soon as they return to Darwin, they realise they’ll have to make a pitch to keep it in the hands of the NHS.
The pair prepare themselves to fight off a bid from a private company.

Kian is quick to volunteer to make the pitch to save Darwin.
Jac is wary - knowing that Kian is still recovering from his leg wound and struggling with grief - but she eventually agrees.
But later in the episode, disaster strikes as Kian struggles to cope with the responsibility of making the pitch to save the hospital.
All hell breaks loose when he collapses at a crucial moment.
Jac is there to support him but she’s horrified when she realises he’s in a much darker place than she realised.
Will she be able to help him before it's too late?
