Piers Morgan and Gary Lineker lead celebrity condolences to Ronaldo and girlfriend Georgina after baby’s death

CRISTIANO Ronaldo and his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez's tragic loss of one of their baby twins has sparked an outpouring of grief and support from celebrities and friends of the couple .
Celebrities including Piers Morgan, Gary Lineker, Marcus Rashford and Usain Bolt were quick to reach out with their condolences to the football legend, 37, on social media tonight.
Piers shared Ronaldo's sad announcement on twitter and captioned it: "Desperately sad news" followed by a crying emoji.
Piers also wrote on Cristiano's instagram post where the news of the loss was announced: "Heartbreaking news. My deepest condolences to you and all your family."
"Terribly sad news. Sincere condolences to you and your family," Gary Lineker tweeted.
Marcus Rashford wrote: "Thoughts are with you and Georgina brother I’m so sorry."

Olympic champion runner Usain Bolt also commented, leaving three praying hand emojis on Cristiano's post.

Ronaldo tonight revealed that one of his baby twins died after his girlfriend gave birth.

But the Manchester United ace tonight revealed to his fans that their baby boy has sadly passed away.
He said that his newborn daughter is "giving us the strength to live" despite their "deepest sadness."
Ronaldo tragically wrote on social media: "It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away.
"It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel.

"Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness.
"We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.
"We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time.
"Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you."
He posted the devastating image online this evening, alongside translations in Portuguese and Spanish.
Before Georgina fell pregnant, Ronaldo was already a dad of four, with three of his children born to two surrogate mothers.
In October, he and Georgina shared a cute snap of themselves holding their baby scans, captioned: "Delighted to announce we are expecting twins.
"Our hearts are full of love - we can’t wait to meet you.
