SAS: Who Dares Wins hunk Ant Middleton shows his softer side as he carries his newborn son on a visit to the supermarket
The TV star displays his tattooed muscles on a shopping trip

HOT TV dad Ant Middleton makes hearts melt as he takes his newborn baby on a trip to the shops - and displays his impressive muscles at the same time.
The SAS: Who Dares Wins Chief Instructor showed off his bulging biceps as he carried his son in his car seat from the supermarket.
Showing off his gentle side, the ex-special forces hero carried a packet of nappies instead of an assault rifle as he escorted his son back to the car and fixed his seat into the vehicle.
The former SBS operative who's giving Bear Grylls a run for his money with his rugged good looks, sexy survival prowess and strength, was focused on his son.
Talking to This Morning about his new-found fame, he said: “I'm taking it in my stride, very, very busy at the moment but I've got a lot of distractions at home with the family.
"My little boy absolutely loves it, but I think he wants to be in the military now which I'm like, uhhh.
"We'll tackle that one when it comes to it but I'm glad we can inspire and change people for the better."
It hasn’t always been success for the military veteran-turned-TV-star.
Ant went from being a frontline special forces soldier to a prison floor-mopper after a booze-fuelled fight on an Essex night out.
His reputation was jeopardised after he was jailed for 14 months for a violent assault on two police officers in 2013 in his hometown of Chelmsford.
On the night of his arrest, a row broke out between Ant’s friends and another group of men.
He tried to break up the dispute and he put his friends in a taxi, while trying to usher the other group away.
But when the police arrived and asked him to leave he lashed out, assaulting two officers before making a run for it.
He served just four months of his sentence after being released on good behaviour.
The 36-year-old said of the nightmare: “That night was a turning point in my life but did not ruin my life.
"It was a clash of authority. I just lost my temper.
“A little conflict happened which turned physical. “I’ve regretted it ever since.
"It’s one of the biggest regrets I’ve had in my life.”
