David Walliams and Lara Stone finally reach settlement to end divorce battle for £19m fortune
The former couple can now put their doomed marriage behind them 14 months after the union was officially dissolved

DAVID Walliams and his supermodel ex-wife Lara Stone have settled a High Court fight over their £19million fortune.
The settlement was rubber-stamped at London's High Court today more than 18 months after the couple first split.
A lawyer representing David, 45, confirmed he felt "pleased" to have finally closed the case after the former couple agreed a plan to split their property.
It came after just half an hour of talks at the court in the capital today.
Division judge Mr. Justice Macdonald declared he was “extremely pleased” that they had reached a compromise under such “difficult and emotional circumstances”.
He added that it was a "fair outcome" but the terms of the settlement will remain private.
The former couple have spent the last few months attempting to thrash out a settlement to divide their assets in the aftermath of their split last year.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge and the 32-year-old model separated in early 2015, and David filed for divorce in September that year citing Lara's 'unreasonable behaviour'.
Their Decree Nisi was issued just a day later as the 'quickie' divorce raced through the courts and union was officially over six weeks later.
However, they have since spent more than a year fighting over money.
