JUDY Finnigan has lost weight after completely overhauling her diet.
Her daughter, fitness expert Chloe Madeley, revealed she had dropped the pounds by eating raw fish and whole grain salads – but she has no interest in following Chloe's exercise regime.

When quizzed on Loose Women if her TV legend mum, 69, was interested in being trained by her, she said: “No. You learn up as you grown up that your parents are adults too. They are stubborn.”
Chloe, who has just released a new book The 4 Week Body Blitz, continued: “Dad has always been naturally physically active.
“Mum isn’t interested. I have to say her diet is now amazing. Her palate has changed. She has got into sushi, raw fish and whole grain salad. She has dropped the pounds naturally.”
Chloe, 30, appeared on the show alongside boyfriend James Haskell , who has also released a diet and exercise book.

The couple, who have been dating for three and half years, were quizzed on whether they were planning on tying the knot.
Looking really awkward, rugby player James said: “I love Chloe, I want to marry her. 2018 could be the year.”
Joking, he added: “I don’t know, I’ll see if Elizabeth Juke (a jewellery line sold at Argos) has got any good diamond rings for £100.”
Chloe also revealed she is planning on freezing her eggs, telling the panel: “I talk about it because I am 30 and I really don’t know if I want kids.”
James added: “I would probably rather have a Lamborghini at this point.”
