Paul Knops is a carpenter and model from Bournemouth.
The 31-year-old commands a large following on his account, mainly due to his workout and men style snaps.
Explaining his brush with fame he said: "I was the lead guy in the Britney Spears video Make Me.
"Me and Britney were friends for a bit. I got to know her really well during the making of the video."
So well in fact that he had to give her a big snog for the video - something that didn't go down too well with Laura when he told her about it!

A source close to the couple said: “Laura and Paul have been so busy since the show finished and both had holidays planned without each other – so they have ended up spending a lot of time apart.
“Neither of them will be ready to speak about their split in public just yet but they may well do later this week once it has sunk in.”
