Quentin first met Israeli singer Daniella Pick in 2009 when he was in her home country to promote Inglourious Basterds.
Daniella, 35, is the daughter of Israeli musician Svika Pick.
The couple split due to work commitments but reunited in 2016.
They confirmed their engagement in June 2017, and Quentin revealed his plans to retire from filmaking when he turns 60.
