Dancing on Ice 201 – are Wes Nelson and partner Vanessa Bauer dating and what are THOSE rumours?
MEGAN Barton-Hanson has been a tad more than frosty since she split with fellow Love Island star Wes Nelson- but does it have anything to do with his Dancing on Ice partner Vanessa Bauer?
Well, there have certainly been a lot of rumours doing the rounds about these two, however, here's the truth...
Has anything ever happened between Wes and Vanessa?
According to The Sun on Sunday, Megan had every right to not be happy about Wes' close relationship with Vanessa.
The paper revealed today, hours before the live final, that in the early stages of the competition, the pair couldn't resist each other.

An insider revealed: “They had a thing at the start of the competition.
“Wes and Vanessa were instantly attracted to each other, you only had to be in the same room as them for a minute to see sparks were flying."
However, Wes reportedly then ended their fling.
The insider added: “It wasn’t long before Wes decided he would rather stay single. He is the man of the moment and fast becoming a household name.
“Girls are queuing up to knock on his door. The last thing he needs is a serious relationship. Vanessa has come to accept it.
“This has been really awkward but they are both being professional and getting on with it. They know that the Dancing On Ice trophy is theirs to lose.”
Are Wes and Vanessa dating now?
No, both are currently single.
However The Sun exclusively reported that Vanessa infuriated her Dancing on Ice o-stars with her "relentless pursuit" of him during the earlier stages of the competition
A source told The Sun Online: "The skaters stay in a different hotel than the celebrities and Vanessa asked if she could be moved to be closer to Wes.
"It's annoyed the others as she's not hiding her feelings for Wes.
"Backstage it's very clear she fancies the pants off him."
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield further stirred up the rumour mill by describing Wes and Vanessa as a "pair of romantic love birds" following their February 17 performance on Dancing on Ice.
What has Megan said about Wes and Vanessa?
Tensions were running high when Wes first took to the ice as Vanessa had recently split from her boyfriend of two years Louis Nathaniel.
Megan raged on Instagram: "Love that you decide to announce your breakup with your boyfriend on the night of your 1st performance with my boyfriend!
"You've never reached out to me once or invited me to watch you train, it pained you to introduce yourself to me last night, you didn't even look me in the eye LOL."
Speaking to Megan said that she didn't think anything was going on as Vanessa is not his type - i.e. blonde.
But she added that if they did get together "it would just be to further their careers".

When did Megan and Wes split up?
On January 26, 2019, Megan announced her split from Wes with a statement on Instagram.
She used the term "conscious uncoupling" first coined by Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.
She wrote: "It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate.
"We haven't really conducted our relationship that privately and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner, love Megan and Wes."
She added:"In all seriousness, I am so grateful and so blessed to have found Wes.
"I will always love and adore him and I am so lucky to call him my best friend."
Wes also shared a pic of their hamster Jon Snow with the caption "Megan and Wes' hamster realising it now comes from a broken home".
Aside from Wes' busy work schedule, a source close to Megan also claimed that their sex life had fizzled out which further contributed to the split.
