When did The Politician drop on Netflix?
The good news is The Politician dropped TODAY (September 27, 2019.)
That's right, you can enjoy the new comedy series right now.
The show - which is created by Brad Falchuk, Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan - is available to stream on Netflix, which has commissioned two seasons.
What's The Politician about?
The Politician follows wealthy high school kid Payton Hobart from Santa Barbara as he pursues his ambition of becoming the President of the United States.
However before he manages to make it into the White House, he must first survive the politics of high school.
Netflix's official synopsis of the series is as follows: "Rich kid Payton has always known he's going to be president.
"But first he has to navigate the most treacherous political landscape of all: high school."

Who's in the cast with Gwyneth Paltrow?
Ben Platt
Pitch Perfect star Ben Platt takes on the lead role of Payton Hobart, the high school teen with grande political aspirations.
Speaking about working alongside Hollywood heavyweight Gwyneth Paltrow- who plays his mum Georgina Hobart - he said: “She really took me under her wing in a very maternal way.
"And I really loved the scenes we had together it’s some of my favourite stuff in the series.”
Gwyneth Paltrow
Gwyneth Paltrow plays Georgina Hobart, Payton Hobart's mother.
The Goop owner is being directed by her Glee director hubbie Brad Falchuk as she takes on the role of the glamorous Georgina.
After launching her acting career in 1989, she has had a series of defining roles in films including Se7en, The Talented Mr Ripley, The Royal Tenenbaums and Shallow Hal.
Most recently she has been seen as Pepper Potts in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, most specifically the Iron Man trilogy.

Zooey Deutch
Zoey Deutch plays Infinity Jackson.
You may recognise the actress from the Disney series The Suite Life on Deck.
After her success at Disney, Deutch continued to pick up acting roles.
From 2011-2012 she played Juliet Martin in Ringer.
In the same year, she picked up her first film role in Mayor Cupcake.
Her other noteworthy acting roles include Beautiful Creatures, NCIS, Criminal Minds, Dirty Grandpa and Before I Fall.
Lucy Boynton
Lucy Boynton takes on the role of Astrid Sloan.
She made her film debut in the Beatrix Potter biopic Miss Potter in 2006.
In the movie she played a young Beatrix alongside Renée Zellweger who played the older character.
Other films she has starred in are Copperhead (2013), Sing Street (2016), Murder on the Orient Express (2017) and Apostle (2018).
And of course Lucy played Mary Austin alongside her real-life beau Rami Malek in Bohemian Rhapsody.
