Michelle Mone finally marries billionaire fiancé Doug Barrowman after Covid called off THREE previous dates
BRA queen Michelle Mone finally married her billionaire fiancé today — as loved ones watched online.
The Scots tycoon, 49, wed Doug Barrowman, 55, after three previous dates were axed due to Covid.
But just a small number of guests attended the ceremony, which was live-streamed so visitors didn’t face a two-week isolation on the Isle of Man
A local said of the nuptials at Rushen Abbey, Ballasalla: “It was small scale. There were no more than 30 guests.
“They decided only to have local guests on the island. The rest of it was live-streamed by a professional company over the internet.
“They wanted more guests but they would have had to spend a fortnight locked in a hotel room before they were allowed to go to the wedding.”
Tory peer Michelle, from Dennistoun, Glasgow, but now living on the island, shared snaps of her stunning long white gown featuring lace sleeve detail on Instagram.
She previously revealed daughters Rebecca, 27, and Bethany, 21, would be bridesmaids as well as ex-Rangers ace Peter Lovenkrands’ wife Teresa, 40, and Irish Dragons’ Den star Chanelle McCoy, 43.
Rebecca posted snaps of the ceremony, adding: “Happy wedding day mum.”
The couple were originally due to tie the knot at the Palace of Westminster in May.
But their plans were scuppered by lockdown, with two further dates in August and September also postponed.
Speaking ahead of her big day, mum-of-three Michelle said: “It took us 18 months to plan our original wedding.

“We are going to remain positive and am very grateful that our special day can go ahead, even if it’s not quite what we hoped for. Our families and some of our best friends won’t be able to attend.”
Baroness Mone and entrepreneur Doug have been an item for four years.
She divorced ex- Ultimo partner Michael in 2011.
