Oxfam shoppers left suspicious over second-hand chair with VERY creepy sign – but would you buy it?

A SECOND-HAND chair has gone viral after people became suspicious of the very creepy sign attached to it.
The wingback chair was donated as part of a three-piece sofa and chairs set to an Oxfam in Wavertree, Liverpool.
And while the chair may not be to everyone's taste, it's not the design that is putting off customers.
Store-manager Kira Adams has spooked shoppers by placing a sign that reads 'Definitely not haunted!" on its seat.
She told the : “A customer kindly donated a vintage three-piece suite to us last week, and while I thought it was beautiful, my deputy manager Rob was less convinced, and commented that it looked like it belonged in a haunted house.
"To reassure him, I printed a silly sign stating that the suite was definitely not haunted.
“The sign has proven popular with customers, and I’ve spotted one or two of them taking photos of it, but I was flabbergasted when Rob told me that he had seen the chair on Twitter and had been liked by hundreds of thousands of people."
A photo of the chair was shared to by customer Heather Cowan, who quipped that “That’s definitely something a haunted chair would say…”
The photo has gone viral and been seen all around the world, with the tweet receiving over 1.4 million likes.
Some people even said they’d love to buy the chair, especially if it’s haunted, with one Twitter user responding: “That's such a good sales strategy I would immediately buy that chair.”

“The chair is being honest, but its matching sister chair and mother sofa are haunted as hell” joked a second person, and who knows, maybe they’re right.

Others made suggestions as to what sort of ghost would be haunting the chair, with one person writing: “It's a gentle haunting. A dainty older lady who will make sure you have tea and cakes but also hit anyone who sits in her good chair without permission.”
However, according to Kira, the chair actually isn’t haunted. She says: "I’d like to reiterate that despite what anyone on Twitter might think, the chair is definitely not haunted, cursed, or possessed by any kind of spirit, spook, or spectre – I swear."
