My busybody neighbour won’t stop using MY garden, she says she has right of way and now she’s even weeding it

A COUPLE has been left fuming because their "busybody" neighbour keeps going through their garden, claiming she has "right of way".
The man's mother took to to share the story, revealing the issues began when her son and his partner bought a house earlier this year, on the same road as her and her husband.
"They have a busy body neighbour who snoops about, asking my son family and friends what are they doing there etc," she wrote.
"Today I took my son's partner to do the food shop, and busy body neighbour was in their garden removing weeds.
"We challenged her, busy bod claims she has right of way through their garden, and always has."
"In the 7 months they have lived there she has been in their garden a lot," she added.

But after she checked the deeds of the house, she found out that the woman has "no right of way at all".
"However they have been renovating house and being young and not wanting confrontation, they let it go," she continued.
"The gardening was the final straw.
"A big argument ensued so we told her to stop coming through their garden.

"Spicy language was used but she swears blind she has the right."
People were quick to weigh in on the situation, with one writing: "Show her the deeds for your kids property and theirs.
"Then tell her if she does it again you will take her to court and request damages.
"Right of way also doesn't mean you can weed and use the garden anyway!!"

But another wrote: "I wouldn’t even bother with deeds. She has no access unless she proves otherwise.
"She needs to be told if she enters the garden again that the police will be called."
