What was due to be a solo trip, will now be postponed to a later date.

The Queen Consort had planned to visit Elmhurst Ballet School to celebrate its 100th anniversary with students, staff and alumni.

Buckingham Palace revealed earlier she had a "seasonal illness".

Camilla was also due to visit Southwater One Library in Telford to thank staff and representatives from local outreach and voluntary groups.

Buckingham Palace said it is hoped a new date could be found soon for the postponed events.

She is hoping to improve ahead of a joint visit to Milton Keynes on February 16 with King Charles.

The pair were last seen at an event on February 8 when they attended a mosque in London.

Plans are now being put in place for the King's three-day coronation bonanza in May.

There will be two royal processions in central London as fans flock to the capital to see the King being crowned.

A blockbuster concert featuring global pop icons, who may include Sir Paul McCartney and Queen, is also planned at Windsor Castle.

The events will take place on Saturday May 6, Sunday May 7 and Monday May 8, which has been declared a bank holiday to mark the Coronation.
