WHILE many of us have our own personal 'icks' when it comes to dating, a professional cleaner has revealed hers when it comes to her daytime job.

And it's not good news if you've got a dish rack or toilet mat in your home...

In the clip shared to , the cleaning pro says: "Things I would never have being a cleaner and hate cleaning."

Starting with the first ick, she begins by urging people to ditch their toilet mats, adding that "they smell and are so unhygienic."

Not stopping there, she goes on to say that another popular household item she'd never dare have in her own home is a dish rack - and for good reason, too.

"So unhygienic and they hold onto so much grime," the cleaning guru points out, before asking: "Would you want to eat off the rack? Because that's where you put your clean plates."

In response to one social media user who was eager to know what sort of blind she'd recommend in the kitchen, the cleaner helpfully replied: "Roller blinds - you can get waterproof ones."

And last but not least, she points out that matt cupboards are also a no-go because fingerprints stick to them and can only be removed by certain products.

The post quickly garnered a whopping 242k views and several comments, with many sharing their own verdicts on the items mentioned.

"Am I the only person who changes there toilet mat daily I’ve got 7 and after every use I just wash in washer," asked one social media user.

Speaking from experience, the pro cleaner responded: "Yes you most likely are. People leave them there for weeks."

A second commented: "The toilet mats are the most disgusting thing ever coming from a professional cleaner. Unless you put a new one after every time you flush."

"Idk about all these but HEAVY on the toilet mat," a third wrote.

Meanwhile, a fourth penned: "I put my dish rack in the dishwasher every now and then."
