WITH his pout and tousled hair, one-year-old Deveraux Jagger is a chip off the old rock.

The cute tot is 74-year-old Rolling Stone Mick’s eighth child, this time by girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, 31 – and he bears a fair resemblance, at least to the younger Mick.
