You can try out these four simple exercises in the comfort of your own home

AFTER winning the hearts of the nation in the I’m A Celeb jungle last year, Vicky Pattison now wants to help get YOU in shape for summer.
On Day Two of an amazing five part series, the reality TV queen, 28, has teamed up with The Sun to share her slimming secrets.
By following a simple regime, Vicky has managed to lose an incredible three-and-a-half stone and is a trim size 8-10.
The Geordie Shore babe said: “I know getting in shape can be hard.
“You can tell me a million excuses why you haven’t done it yet, but what I’m offering you is an excuse-free plan."
To tone that bod in time for summer, here are some simple exercises you can do at home to keep trim...
SQUATS
Stand with your legs just wider than hip-distance apart.
Slowly squat down by bending your knees, keeping your back straight with your head and chest up.
When you are as low as you can go, rise back up, gently squeezing the buttocks as you rise to standing and repeat.
LUNGES
Stand tall with your feet together and chest up. Slowly step one foot forward and lower the body to 90 degrees at both knees.
Keep your weight on your heels before pushing up and back to the starting position. Repeat.
REAR FOOT ELEVATED SPLIT SQUAT
Find an object around 18in high to rest the top of one of your feet on. (Vicky used a sunbed for my poolside workout!) Stand tall and keep your head and chest up.
Slowly bend the straight leg until the resting leg’s knee is just off the floor. Keeping your core muscles tight, straighten the standing
WALL SQUAT HOLDS
Hold these for 60 seconds while squatting. Find a wall – or in Vicky's case, a palm tree!
Squat down, pushing your hips back against the wall and keeping your feet flat with your knees out in front of you. Hold for 60 seconds before standing back up.
If you want to make it harder, try holding a weight while you’re squatting down.
