A WOMAN with unusually flexible legs caught the attention of a fellow passenger and now the rest of the world.
An image of a lady on the New York subway was posted on Imgur alongside the caption: “Excuse me would you mind not sitting like that please?”
Imgur user was clearly confused about her unusual position that almost looks physically impossible.
The snap has been viewed over 80,000 times and people are divided over whether the posture is cool or just weird, with most opting for the latter.
One person wrote: “This makes me so f****** uncomfortable.”
While another user admitted they can do the leg trick too: “I do this too sometimes.. I agree it looks weird. Never thought about it until I saw this.”
Other viewers offered explanations of why she is crossing her legs so tightly.
One Imgur user noted: “Maybe she’s sitting like that because the a****** across from her is trying to get an up skirt shot?”
Some people thought the woman needed the loo: “Really, really had to pee”
And another added: “Excuse me mam, but some of your tentacles are showing.”
But the 'tube lady' isn't the only one with impressive limbs as one British woman is so flexible she can fit into tiny kitchen cupboards.
Claudia Hughes, who is 5ft 4ins and weighs 7st, can even do the washing up with her feet flipped over her head while balancing on her arms.

Claudia said: “What started out as an interest in gymnastics has now turned into my career as a contortionist and along the way I am proud to say I am also setting records.”
The 22-year-old from London, who is a size 6, wears costumes especially designed to give her maximum flexibility.
She said: “My costumes are made by Andie Scott and they are like a second skin made from special mix designed to give maximum stretch.”
Claudia is the only Briton able to perform the Martinelli bend and the spinning Martinelli bend, which sees her take her entire weight on a piece of leather in her mouth.
She bites down on the leather and then flips her legs and entire body over her head.
Claudia explained: “It takes amazing strength and I do it static or spinning. There are only a handful of experts around the world who can do it and I am proud to be one of them.
It is hard and scary and believe you me I was terrified when I first started learning.
“However I kept going and now I can put the UK on the map.”
Claudia, who was teased as a child because of her “weird flexibility”, shocked her parents by shunning university and joining Circus Space, to get her Bachelor of Arts in circus work with a major in contortion.
