A neighbour makes angry complaint about dandelions in next door’s garden… and the response is amazing

Angry Note

WHETHER it's loud music, barking dogs or screaming kids, plenty of us have gripes when it comes to the neighbours.

But one resident has hilariously hit back at a scathing critique of their garden - after an aggressive note was left for all to see, accusing them of not taking take care of their lawn.

The Imgur user received this note

Imgur user MaijinVegeta shared the quick-witted comeback online, where it has been viewed over 42,000 times, in response to a complaint left on behalf of the residence's Homeowner Association - the complex's managing body.

The original note read: "PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE DANDELIONS IN YOUR GARDEN!!! PLEASE."

But rather than invest in some weed killer and gardening tools, the cheeky neighbour came up with a hysterical solution - although probably not the one their critics had in mind.

The neighbour's hilarious response went viral

Captioned "Compromise with homeowners association" on Imgur, the picture shows a homemade sign pitched in the front lawn - emblazoned with the message: "Free dandelions! Take as many as you like!"

It's not known if this invitation actually helped to resolve the situation - but technically, the note did only ask them to do something about the dandelions, rather than offering any specific suggestions.

And it's not the first time an angry neighbour's note has captured the attention of internet users.

One aggravated driver plastered a fuming note on a car parked near his house, reading: "You don't live here. Don't f****** park here!!!"

But unfortunately the note backfired in spectacular fashion, when the cars owner responded with a note of their own.

The neighbour simply wrote: "Nice to meet you too... I'm your new neighbour."

The cringe-worthy exchange went viral, racking up a whopping 31,000 views on photo-sharing platform Imgur - and will probably make even the angriest of neighbours think twice before hitting out "anonymously".
