Obese mum who lost HALF her body weight after cutting her four-litres-a-day cola habit ditched her husband… and is now bombarded by men looking for love
A professional footballer even offered to fly her across the country so they could meet

A MUM-of-two who realised she didn’t love her husband after shedding half her body weight has received hundreds of date requests in her quest to find a man.
Amazingly, Australian Karlye Thurlow halved her size in just nine months, losing 9st 6lb and her husband in the process.
At her heaviest, the 36-year-old weighed 18st 13lb and drank four litres of Coke a day – but Kayle is now a personal trainer who has received more than 120 messages from men asking her on dates.
Blonde beauty Karlye from Lismore, in New South Wales, was classed as morbidly obese in her 20s but shed the pounds so she could be a better role model for her kids.
Karlye, who is mum to Amber, seven, and Logan, three, told that she has even had a professional footballer offer to fly her 1,000 miles to Melbourne to meet him.
She added: “To the gentlemen trying to court me over Facebook, I am really flattered but I must admit I haven’t replied to any of the messages and I don’t plan to.”
Karlye, who broke up with her husband after reaching her goal weight, said the couple were already in relationship counselling before she started dieting.
She told Daily Mail Australia: “I realised I wasn’t in love with my husband anymore and I had to make that change if I wanted to be happy.
“I was always doing everything for everyone else and I was putting my husband first, and I couldn’t do that anymore.
“I am flattered by all of the attention but that isn’t the reason I opened my heart to the media, I just want to let people know they can make a change to their lives like I have.”
Karlye lost the first 3st 2lb by eating healthily and walking for an hour a day.

She explained: “I was too scared to go to the gym because people had been really cruel towards me because of how much weight I was carrying.
“It wasn’t until after I started losing weight that I looked back at photos of myself and realised how much extra weight I had been carrying.
“I never looked at myself in the mirror and thought about it being disgusting.”
Karlye added that the stress of her mother’s abusive relationship made her pile on the pounds as she stopped looking after herself.
The mum started her weight loss journey two-and-a-half years ago, and she has vowed never go back to her former size.
She has gained 1st 1lb since her original dress size drop, but this is due to gaining muscle.
