Buy one house in London… or an entire VILLAGE in Wales: 16 cottages in the stunning Welsh hills could be yours for £1.5m
The whole of the quaint little village of Aberllefenni is up for grabs

FED up with scrimping and saving to buy a pokey, over-priced pad in central London?
Why not move to Wales, where you can purchase an entire VILLAGE for even less.
In the quaint little village of Aberllefenni, near Machynlleth, a pretty row of 16 terraced homes is on the market for £1.5million.
The cluster of cottages were purpose built for the families of workers at the now-closed slate mine nearby, where quarrying dates back to the 16th century.
The picturesque properties are owned by the family of John Lloyd of Inigo Jones Slate Works, which bought the quarry and houses in the 1960s, reports .
The quarry, one of the oldest functioning ones in the country, stopped active extraction in 2003 but is still run for slate crushing and slate finishing work.
It was sold in April this year, and now the 16 homes are on the market, managed by Dafydd Hardy estate agents who call it a "an excellent investment opportunity".
