Prince George celebrates his third birthday at Pizza Express… but all is not as it seems
The Italian restaurant provided a cake fit for the Royal occasion which featured a rather surprising treat in the centre

IT'S Prince George's birthday, and what better way to celebrate the three-year-old's special day than a family trip to Pizza Express?
Judging by this impressive cake, the Italian restaurant certainly pulled out all the stops for Prince William and Kate's toddler.
Ok, so it's not the REAL Cambridges, but their very convincing lookalikes.
In a tribute to the Royal birthday, the popular restaurant chain produced a spectacular piñata cake bursting not with sweets, but their infamous Dough Balls.
The regal creation was specially designed by food artist and baking expert and certainly made an impression on the cute young prince's lookalike.

The supersized red, white and blue three-layered sponge cake was bursting to the brim with over 250 Dough Balls, as well as a tasty whipped buttercream filling.

Earlier today the real Prince William and Kate released adorable photos of their son in the grounds of his Norfolk home Anmer Hall to mark his third birthday.
Though a snap of young George appearing to feed his ice cream to one of the Royal hounds sparked controversy on social media.
People took to Twitter claiming the young prince sharing his treat with family pet Lupo is cruel because some dogs are allergic to dairy products.
One user branded the toddler prince a “monarchist monster”, writing: “Never give a dog ice cream. At worst: it’ll die, At best: the dog will diarrhoea everywhere!”
