A yoga retreat with a difference as guests stretch and pose surrounded by GOATS
You can now find your zen surrounded by the farmyard animals

IF you’re getting bored of all the deep breathing and umming of your morning yoga session you may want to try adding something different.
Some people opt for the high temperatures of bikram and we’ve even seen aerial yoga suspended from the ceiling but one American farm has taken the craze one step further.
No Regrets Farm in Willamette Valley, Oregon is now offering healthy mind and body seekers the opportunity to do their morning yoga accompanied by goats.
You heard it, goats.
The idea came when professional photographer Lainey Morse was brainstorming business ideas for her farm.
She was introduced to a local yoga instructor who was searching for a location to host her classes and the pair saw a golden opportunity for collaboration.
She said: “The ultimate end goal is to specialise in animal-assisted therapy for people suffering grief or abuse as well as people with special needs or disabilities.
“That is down the road but as for now, I'm starting out with Goat Yoga which has been a huge hit.”

The goats don’t actually participate yoga sessions, that would be silly.
But they are waiting in the wings to provide general moral support and encouragement to the yogis at the retreat.
