This year, Jimmy Kimmel will be presenting the event.

Here is everything you need to know about the 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards...

How can you watch it?

While it may be broadcast from the US, the event will be live streamed on some news websites at around midnight – however British film fans can tune on Monday 19 for the highlights, 10pm on 5USA.

It’s set to be an awesome night when it comes to British stars – so it’s definitely worth tuning in to watch your favourites.

Predicted winners

Somewhat unsurprisingly, Game of Thrones is set to clear up at this year’s awards – the show has received the most nominations and will also being going to head-to-head with home-grown Downton Abbey for outstanding drama series (but it’s likely GoT will scoop the prize).
