‘Don’t stress…we all look like this when we sit’: The Biggest Loser personal trainer takes photos two minutes apart to prove how deceiving social media can be
Jen Widerstrom decided to share after a snap at a photoshoot left her feeling insecure

A FITNESS guru from the Biggest Loser has posted very different pictures taken two minutes apart to make a point about social media selfies.
Jen Widerstrom, who is a coach on the NBC show, shared an unflattering snap of herself sitting down twinned with a standing selfie which showed off her toned tummy.
She wrote that the pictures were snapped one after the other, and left unedited, to encourage women not to stress about their bodies.
She wrote: “Oh oh it's magic, you know. We all look like this when we sit. Don't stress about the way your body looks in certain positions.
“These photos were taken two minutes apart! #noedits.”
The 34-year-old, from Los Angeles, helps contestants to lose weight and win prize money and has 190,000 followers on Instagram.
She decided to post the images after she felt “insecure” about her tummy during a shoot, despite her gym-toned body.

“As quickly as I started to spiral down, I redirected my thoughts and took a few quiet moments to get myself back to reality.”
She says she took the snaps to encourage others to overcome their insecurities.
She added: “I put a stop to my unreasonable remarks by showing myself the truth and reminding myself what a healthy, full-bodied woman I am, and how that's beautiful.”
