A JEREMY Kyle guest had his heart broken by his cheating fiancé – and then got trolled by fans over his lip piercing and teeth.
Kev was on the show to find out if his fiancé had cheated – after she spent the evening with a stranger she met online.
But trolls honed in on his mouth and wondered if the metalwork was responsible for his broken teeth.
One viewer asked: “Your piercing's damaging your teeth do you A) Remove
Or B) Leave it so that you look like a Scottish Roland Rat with glasses?”
Another added: “Bet he regrets that lip piercing as it's knocked f***out his teeth.”
A third wrote: “That lip ring is wrecking your teeth Kev.”
The poor lad told Jeremy that he has been cheated on by “every one” of his girlfriends.
Hannah denied cheating, although she admitted meeting the stranger and planning to stay over, telling Kev she was staying at her sisters.
She said: “I met him on Facebook but made it clear it was as a friend. I told him I had a fiancé.”
She said she wanted to meet him after chatting online because “I wanted to speak to him in person.”

But she added that she didn’t tell Kev because “he is paranoid.”
She told Jeremy she hadn’t stayed the night because the man had tried to kiss her so she left,
Jeremy marvelled: “Are the naivest person I’ve ever had on the show or are you taking the mickey?”
Poor Kev told Jezza: “I love her. She means the world to me. I’d do anything for her.”
But the trolls turned their guns on Hannah after she failed every question on the lie detector test.
One fan tweeted: "Get rid Kev."
Another said: "She lied Kev, you poor b******."
A third told him to "get your ring back, Kev."
Last week the 925 club slammed another guest's teeth for "putting them off their breakfast."
