Joe’s new DVD has also seen him take on, and top, the fitness video charts.

The now-international star, 31, says: “So much has happened in the last year, I still can’t believe it. I started off filming videos in my one-bed flat, now I’m travelling the world filming videos and cooking recipes for millions of people.

The D-word is one Joe hates, claiming those who follow his plan will never have to give anything up — not even those big portions of pie.

He says: “I don’t like diets because they always deprive you of something. If you’re anything like me, the minute someone tells you you can’t eat something, you only want it more.

“Most diets are all about calorie deficits but don’t teach people enough about exercise. You’ll lose weight at first but never keep it off because it’s not sustainable.

“I teach you how to eat more of the right foods at the right time so you are fuelling your body to burn fat and build lean muscle.
