IT'S the season finale of Silent Witness, Sugar Free Farm and Celebrity Big Brother – but don’t fear.
The new series of The Jump is kicking off on Sunday and , phew!
MONDAY
Silent Witness
In part one of the thrilling two-part story, Nikki flies to Mexico when she learns that a friend, Luisa, has been murdered.
But when she stumbles upon the post-mortem report she realises it’s not Luisa’s body.
Assisted by Dr Eva Vasquez and fired up with the idea that Luisa might still be alive, Nikki and Jack trace her last-known movements and are led to a farm where a cartel massacre was carried out.
You’ll be glued to your seat! (P.S. the final episode is on tomorrow at the same time).

TUESDAY
Sugar Free Farm
The celebrities find out if they have lost any weight as the sugar free experiment comes to an end.
But first, Joe Pasquale is put to the test when he is let loose at a village fair and must resist his favourite sweet treats, while Gemma Collins finally gets a taste for farm work (about time!).

Women Who Kill
The second part of this fascinating documentary tells the story of two so-called `black widow' killers, Celeste Beard-Johnson and Dorice `Dee Dee' Moore, who murdered for money.
Beard-Johnson conspired with her lesbian lover to kill her millionaire husband, while Moore befriended and murdered a $30million lottery winner.

Every dreamt about quitting your job and moving to a remote desert island?
Well meet the couples that did just that!
Jimmy Doherty sets out on a mission to find out if a simpler existence can really make people happier, and begins by meeting Simon, Sarah and their 18-month-old son Max who gave up their life in Surrey to live on a tropical island in the Pacific Ocean.
With lush rainforest and coral reef, their island hideaway appears to be the stuff of dreams. But could you cope without fresh water and electricity?
