Best styles for your shape
Soozie Jenkinson, Head of Lingerie, Active and Swim Design, says: ''I always recommend trying on several styles to discover what will be a perfect match to your individual shape.
"Plunge styles often suit women with a narrow frame whilst balconies are great for figures with wider shoulders. Full cups will fit and flatter the majority of Women.
"Multiway bras can be versatile under summer dressing, whilst bralets are dress sized and offer softer support.''

M&S' tips on measuring for teenagers
1. Start with the Angel range, designed for girls in early stages of development (AA is the smallest cup size)
2. Get re-measured every three-four months during the developing stage
3. Do not wear wires until there has been two years of breast growth
4. Be aware that breasts do not stop growing until she is 19 years old
Top five bra care hacks
1. Always fasten the bra up before putting it in the washing machine (it stops the hooks catching on the lace or anything else in your washing)
2. Do not tumble dry padded bras - it will cause the foam to dimple
3. Once washed, reshape the padded bra in your hand for drying
4. Wash your Lingerie at 40 degrees
5. Get re-measured every six-12 months – we can all change size in that time. It’s a free service at M&S.
