Couple only eat ONCE a day… and insist the single massive meal is the secret to their super-slim figures
Blake Horton and Jenni Hiraldo say 'intermittent fasting' has made them happier and healthier

A COUPLE say only eating ONCE a day has made them happier, healthier and slimmer.
Blake Horton, 35, and Jenni Hiraldo, 31, from the US borough of Paramus in New Jersey, admit they've never felt better since they both switched to a special diet called intermittent fasting.
Blake tried following a diet of three meals a day with small portions but it only made him miserable - so he switched to feasting once a day instead.
He said: "I needed to lose weight when I turned 30.
"Physically I looked like crap. I was just not happy. I was newly single, overweight and needed to make change.
"I lost 60lbs (4st) by dieting but half way through I was miserable, eating small meals throughout the day - I was always hungry.
"I read about intermittent fasting and cut down to one large meal at night.

"Now I am much more happy.
"People think I spend all day in the gym, but I don't even go to the gym in the summer.
"I mainly train outside and just eat less. I have a clean bill of health and get proper nutrients.
"I believe indigestion is best at night; going back to hunter gather days, you feast at night and digest while resting.
"I'll wait until I've done everything, eat and then go to sleep shortly after.
"It's usually late, sometimes one or two in the morning. Or if we go out, it will be 5am."
Jenni also started the diet after she met Blake in the gym a year ago and they bonded over their shared love of fitness.
Intermittent fasting means they don't have to stop eating their favourite foods.
Their meals include lasagna sandwiches and banana hot dogs while a recent video showed them chowing down on multi-coloured pizza slathered in yoghurt and marshmallows.
Blake said: "People think I eat junk and it looks like I do but the magic lies in nutrition.
"I like to be inventive and have a big variety.
"I've been doing it for so long, so I know what works well together."
Blake has more than 305,000 fans on his Instagram account while Jenni 21,900 followers.
They say they can show their followers how to enjoy their food and still stay slim.
Blake said: "I've been doing this for four years and I've helped people to lose weight and get their life back.
"Either they are fit but hate their food or they love food but aren't fit.
"I show people you don't have to be miserable."
