Topshop’s new £60 silver boots are being fiercely mocked by shoppers for looking like TIN FOIL
TOPSHOP are selling new £60 silver boots that are being fiercely mocked online by shoppers who have compared them to tin foil.
The statement ankle boots come in the metallic colour with a small heel and large pointy toe.
The store suggests wearing them with black skinny jeans and a bardot top to create a "catwalk, fashion forward" look.
But shoppers couldn't help but poke fun at the shoes after Topshop posted a picture of them on their .
In the image, the model could be seen crossing her legs showing off the unusual-looking boots.
But shoppers were left than impressed with the footwear, with some even comparing them to tin foil.
One wrote: "Always wanted some tin foil bags for my feet."
While another said: "Thought these were tin foil.
And one other fashion fan even said: "Look like jacket spuds in the microwave."
Others couldn't help but compare them to something an astronaut would wear, with one Instagrammer saying: "Blast off into space with those things."
While Hannah added: "Looks like she's put her feet in burritos."

However, it is not the first time shoppers have mocked Topshop items.
Last month, everybody freaked out over a pair of mules that were compared to cartoon character Shaun the Sheep.
This followed the release of these “clear knee mum jeans”, which quickly went viral due to their unusual design.
