There are over 1,000 free courses available.
Enrolment is free and the courses are available to start from the minute you sign up.
There are three learning levels to choose from: Introductory, Intermediate or Advanced.
With the free courses, known as OpenLearn programmes, you gain a certificate of participation upon completion.
And although the courses do not offer an official credit towards a qualification, it can help show your interest in a subject, a commitment to a change in career, or provide evidence of continuing professional development.

How do I apply?
To apply for an OpenLearn course, participants are asked to
After creating an account, you can browse the wide range of courses on offer.
Some last for 6 hours, while some will take 24 hours of active study time to complete.
When you have found the right study programme, simply click "enrol now" and your course will be added to your profile.
You can add as many OpenLearn courses to your profile as you like.
