SAMSUNG has just unveiled the Galaxy Note 8, its newest flagship smartphone that it hopes will rival the iPhone 8.
Costing an eye-watering £869, it comes in four different colours: Midnight Black, Deepsea blue, Orchid Grey and Maple Gold.

Many people are loyal when it comes to their mobile phone network but there are definitely savings to be made if you shop around.

Mobile providers will try to sell you a smartphone at a price that seems manageable.
However, it is only by adding up the monthly costs over the entire contract that you will see if it is really a good idea.
For example, a network offering you a £29 a month over a two year contract period with an upfront cost of £285 = £981.
Once you minus the cost of the handset (£981- £139.99) you will see that you’re really paying about £35 a month for your contract.
