How to get FREE food from KFC and Gourmet Burger Kitchen

FAST food fans will be pleased to know there is a very simple way to get some of their favourite treats from KFC and Gourmet Burger Kitchen for free.
Many fast food chains now have their own mobile apps that can save you big money on your purchases.
And when it comes to getting customers back through their doors, both KFC and GBK have pretty tasty deals on offer.
To claim your freebie at KFC customers just have to download KFC’s Colonel’s Club app for free on Android or iOS.
The deals should then appear under the “my rewards” tab in the offers sections.
Signing up to the app will currently get you two free sides - these include hot wings, regular fries, ice cream sundaes or soft drinks among other things - and usually cost between 80p to £1.70.
To claim the freebie, fried chicken fans usually need to earn three of what KFC calls "chicken stamps", which you currently get automatically by signing up.
It is worth noting that KFC did not put an end date to the offer, but be aware that it might end the deal at anytime.
KFC is also offering a free portion of salty fries for old and new users with no other purchases necessary on Fridays until November 19.
Customers just need to show the barcode on their screens at any KFC restaurant before 11pm on the last day of the working week.
You can only get one portion of fries per day so don’t get cheeky, but you can go back to KFC every Friday before the deal ends.
What you need to know before signing up to a reward scheme
HERE's what you should remember before signing up for a reward scheme
- By signing up for a loyalty card, a retailer will get a lot of information about you and your shopping habits. The data might be shared within its group of companies to target you with offers and advertising.
- If a firm goes bust, you will lose your points, which have no cash value. Hoarding points also means you risk losing them if a retailer or restaurant shuts your account after a long period of inaction.
- Read the terms and conditions carefullly some retailers and restaurant will have expiration dates on certain offers (for example you might have limited amount of time to spend your extra points).
- Don’t choose where to shop or where to eat based on a store’s loyalty scheme. If there is a particular item you want, shop around rather than head straight for the retailer where you have a loyalty card. In a restaurant check some of the special deals or menus - they might be better value than the loyalty scheme.
- Beware of spending more simply because you have a loyalty card and don’t buy something just for any bonus points there may be
Meanwhile, at GBK you'll get a free side by just referring a friend to the app.
All you need to do is sign up for free and send a code from the "Burger Pusher Section" of the app.
Freebie sides include fries, onion rings, corn or slaw, which normally cost about £2 to £4.
The two fast food chains are not the only using their apps to attract customers - but some loyalty scheme are better than others.
And we would advise to check the deals carefully before signing up.
