How YOU could be one of millions entitled to an easy £50 cashback
A new Government scheme announced today means that those who paid a registration fee for a Lasting Power of Attorney or Enduring Power of Attorney can receive a refund

MILLIONS of people are eligible for a cashback after being overcharged when registering for a Power of Attorney.
People who paid a registration fee for a Lasting Power of Attorney or Enduring Power of Attorney between April 2013 to March 2017 could now be eligible for a refund of up to £54.
The refund comes after it was realised people who had made an application over the four year period were being charged the same fee of £110, despite operating costs going down.
The Government is now paying back some of the cash, with applications now only costing £82.
