Musclefood is selling meat topped with retro sweets like popping candy and parma violets

ONLINE food retailer Musclefood has launched a new meat range especially for the summer - and its covered in sweets.
It is using retro sweets - such as Parma Violets and Rainbow Drops - to coat the meat.
You can get a pork steak covered in parma violets, chicken breast in rainbow drops or beef burgers topped with popping candy.
Obviously it's a massive gimmick but we've not tried the new concoctions so we're going to give an A for originality and a new idea.
It's not possible for us to really compare these products as there's nothing else like them on the high street.
But they are pretty pricey - costing between £3.50 and £4 - so you can probably buy the items without sweets for a couple of quid less in the supermarket.
