Ferrari re-enact car’s iconic debut to celebrate 70th anniversary
In commemoration of the birth of the brand, Ferrari have released a historical promotional video.

WHEN Enzo Ferrari fired up the first car to bear his name, on March 12 1947, he could never have guessed the enormity of what lay ahead.
Now one of the world's most iconic car manufacturers, Ferrari this year celebrates its 70th anniversary.
To mark the occasion, the Italian company has released a promotional video, re-enacting the first ever test drive of the company's debut vehicle - the 125 S.
Showing the 12-cyclinder race car passing through the gates at the company's Maranello factory, the video showcases the incredible growth Ferrari has seen following very humble beginnings.

Also as part of the 70th anniversary celebrations, Ferrari launched their latest supercar late last year - the LaFerrari Aperta.
Said to embody the company's core values of technological excellence, performance, style and exclusivity, the Aperta is a limited edition series dedicated to the most loyal clients of the Italian brand.
It is also the spider version of the acclaimed LaFerrari supercar.
A 6,262cc V12 engine coupled with a 120kW electric motor gives the lightning motor a total power output of 963 cv.
