How can I watch it?
Just as the first two seasons, The Grand Tour will be exclusive to .
Fans can already watch the entire first two seasons on Amazon Prime anytime.
Membership to the service costs £79.99 a year (£7.99 a month if you pay in instalments), or you can sign up for a . Alternatively, you can buy access to Amazon Prime Video alone for just £5.99 a month.
Viewers can also buy tickets through Amazon to watch the studio sections of the show being filmed.
Instead, the season is likely to be made up of a series of road trip specials, leaving the big tent behind.
The petrol-heads previously announced they had signed a new two-year deal with Amazon for at least four specials a year - but the latest reveal suggests fans will see far more than that.
Reminiscent of their Top Gear jaunts to places such as Vietnam and Botswana, future seasons will be filmed around the world.

What can I expect from season 3?
The first trailer for season three shows Clarkson, Hammond and May up to their usual antics.
It opens with Hammond risking his life - again - by driving a massive Chevy truck across a rickety wooden bridge with no side rails miles off the forest floor.
Captain Slow plays the bagpipes, while Jeremy Clarkson uses a forklift mounted on the back of a Jeep Wrangler to rise up to the lightning in the night sky.
In an uncharacteristic move, Clarkson also tries his hand at cycling - much to the annoyance of the traffic he causes behind him.
You can also expect fast cars, revving engines, noisy exhausts and car tracks in the shape of a penis.
And, of course, no season of Grand Tour would be complete without a explosions, with a plane and helicopter both blown to smithereens.
Adding to the enormous list of places the trio have already featured in the years of testing cars, the show heads to Colombia, Mongolia, China, Detroit, Nevada - and Stansted Airport.
However, the giant tent is left at home in 'Jeremy's garden' in the Cotswolds.
