Instagrammer trawls Google Earth on phone app to find stunning views of our planet as you’ve never seen it before

THESE stunning images showcase the most beautiful locations on earth as you've never seen them before.

Instagrammer g.earth.photographer offers users the chance to visit the most breathtaking scenery in the world - using nothing but Google Earth and image editing app Snapseed.

Snapseed is a photo-editing application produced by Nik Software that enables users to enhance photos and apply digital filters.

The clever image manipulation software offers a whopping 29 tools and filters, including healing, brush, structure, HDR, perspective and many more.

And the virtual images leave no stone unturned in their quest to showcase the very best our planet has to offer.

From the deserts of Saudi Arabia, to the bustle of the New York City skyline, g.earth.photographer "visits places around the world" from the comfort of his own home, using the amazing Google technology.

The Instagram user is not the only sharp-eyed creative utilising stunning aerial photographs online.

In September alien hunters claimed zooming in on an icy slope on South Georgia near Antarctica reveals a a "crashed UFO" and a track of disturbed snow.

Closer to home, photographer Chris Gorman, otherwise known as Big Ladder, a specialist in taking aerial landscape shots, showed captured life a birds-eye view of daily life in the UK using a drone.
